As a Technical Lead, you will be ensuring collaborative work within the entire Praxisdienst development team: Frontend and Backend developers, QA Engineers and Scrum Master so they to build and enhance our product using C++ and Python as the main technologies.

Coordination

• Technically leading the team using different technologies (e.g. python, c++)
• Collaborating with Scrum-Master to achieve project objectives
• Coordinating with product and data science teams
• Communicating with external stakeholders
• Follow-up on team work status
• Prepare deployment and release
• Manage product rollout phase

Process

• Coordinating changes in the processes and procedures
• Planning Technical Improvements

Reporting

• Reporting status to the management
• Prepare, maintain and report technical KPIs

Support

• Technically review changes by other developers
• Selection of candidates for fulfilling open positions
• Plan and follow-up on Onboarding new colleagues
