Top-up steps and guides for Orange and Vodafone

Download the 24pay app from Google Play or App Store. Link your card in the app before using it (Ukrainian cards are accepted). 24Pay can be used in English and Romanian.
This option is only available in Romanian, Orange does not provide an English version of their platform.
In order to top-up via Orange platform you need to create an account.
Access Orange platform and follow the steps:
You can pay for your top-up code (card or cash) in any Orange shop, Orange partner store or at any point where you see displayed Reîncarcare electronică PrePay.
You will receive a top-up receipt or scratch-off card with a 14-digit top-up code. Follow one of the options below to to-up your number:
The recharge code can be used to make a single recharge. If you try to reuse a top-up code, the top-up will not work.
PrePay customers can opt for a special option with 60 international minutes to Ukraine, by sending the text Ukraine to 321. The option is activated free of charge, it is valid for 30 days and can be used only with an active option of 5 Eur. Read more about the special offer for Ukrainians.
